Fyndare is run by Adam Moffett, based in the United States. No retailer owns the site or pays for a place on it. We earn commissions through affiliate networks when you use a link here, and our affiliate disclosure explains how that works.

Email privacy@fyndare.com. It’s the one address for everything, so use it for general questions as well as privacy requests.

What to write about

• A code or listing that looks wrong. Tell us the store and the code. Our codes come from retailer and network feeds, so a bad one is usually a feed problem, and we can take it off the site.
• Retailers and affiliate networks. Questions about how a store is listed, or a request to change or remove a listing.
• Privacy. Requests about data we hold. Our privacy policy sets out what that is.

What we can’t help with

Fyndare doesn’t sell anything or take payments, so we can’t see or change an order. Questions about orders, deliveries, returns or refunds go to the retailer you bought from. For how the site itself works, the FAQ may already have the answer.
